Topic 4: Responding to an application for adjudication

If you are involved in a payment dispute and the other party applies for rapid adjudication, you will be required to prepare a formal response to the application within 10 business days.  This will give you an opportunity to outline your side of the story to the adjudicator.  You can find further information about how to respond to an application for adjudication in the following video and fact sheet.
